The team that sweats together, grows together 🔥
Big shoutout to Coach Justin Blackwell for leading our latest coach’s sweat session — reminding us what it feels like to be on the other side of the mitts.

Being a coach isn’t easy — long days, constant giving, and always pouring into others. But every now and then, we have to step back, reset, and put that same energy into our own growth and training.

Iron sharpens iron ⚒️ and today, the team got sharper.

2025 UNSEEN FILES 🚫🫣

I’m truly thankful for everything the Lord allowed me to experience this year… like wow 🤯 These aren’t even the highlights — just the lost files lol.

I’m thankful for family, friends, and community. This year really showed me how blessed and grateful I am 🥹 I would’ve never guessed I’d be walking through one of my hardest trials at the end of 2025 — but even in this, God is teaching me so much. Learning not to lean on my own understanding, but to fully trust in the Lord. 🙏🏽

If there was one word for this year, it would be COMMUNITY. Community truly carried me, prayed for me, covered me, and loved on me through it all. I’m so, so thankful.

This year was far from easy. The fight did NOT let up… but we kept going. One day at a time. 💫

🚨BINGO CHALLENGE — A FEW RULES TO KNOW
Social Media Challenges
.
Any challenge with an Instagram icon requires social media. If the challenge happens outside the gym (like leaving a Yelp review), take a screenshot showing you completed it and bring it to the front desk to receive your sticker.
.
Don’t have social media?
No problem. See Coach Gladys or Coach Justin for our secret challenge list. You’ll get alternative challenges you can complete to fill those squares without social media.
.
Mitt Work After Class
Mitt work is capped at 3 participants per class. There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk that must be filled out before class. Spots are first come, first served.
.
Bingo Cards
Pick up your Bingo card at the front desk.
.
Questions? Ask your coach. Now go fill that board. 🥊
