THE PEOPLE BEHIND POWERFLEX🖤

It started with two guys and a vision for what we believed Powerflex could become.

As we started shaping that vision, great people began joining us, people who believed in what we were building, brought their own strengths to the table and helped us move forward even faster.

In just one year, we’ve grown our team from 4 trainers to 16, more than doubled our members, built an incredible partnership with @sherbatovgym , sponsored athletes who represent Powerflex beyond our four walls, and continue to grow at a pace we’re incredibly proud of.

But with all that growth, one thing has become even more important to us: the culture.

Growing Powerflex was never just about adding more members, more trainers or expanding what we offer. It was about bringing in the right people, people who genuinely care about our members, support each other and believe in the standard we’re building.

The culture inside Powerflex exists because of the people who show up every day and bring that vision to life.

And although a few members of our team couldn’t be with us for this one, they’re just as much a part of what we’ve built and where we’re going.

What started as a vision between two people has become something much bigger, a team, a community and a culture that we’re incredibly proud of.

And as Powerflex continues to grow, protecting that culture will always be one of our biggest priorities.

Different personalities. Different coaching styles.
ONE TEAM. ONE CULTURE. ONE STANDARD.

To most people, it’s just an office.

To us, it’s proof that taking risks, betting on ourselves, and showing up every day was worth it. We’re incredibly grateful to our team, our clients, and everyone who’s been part of the ride so far.

Detour Studios turns 1! 🎬

Building a marketing agency in Montreal pushed us harder than we expected. We learned the hard way, made a lot of mistakes, but every risk brought us closer to the vision we had for Detour Studios 🎯

Year 2 is going to hit different 🎥

7 months ago we started a marketing agency right here in Montreal!📍🎥

It’s been nonstop since day 1, but as we go into 2026 we wanna take the time to post more for ourselves.🙌

At the end of the day how can you have a marketing agency that can’t post their own content?😂

So here’s to 2026 and follows us to keep up with the journey!💛
