@mauilongevitylounge we are so lucky we found this place! Paul is doing a 10 pack of HBOT. He is also using the PEMF chairs and red light therapy room. If you have not tired this place, it’s most definitely worth checking out! The staff is lovely. Great energy! And the therapies are working! Paul has been kicking but in PT and OT but we needed more! His stroke was 10/08/25 we felt it was time to try something new. See if there was anything out there that could boost his recovery. We found it! Just starting our 3rd week using the facility 3 times a week and Paul started walking without his cane! He also snorkeled for the first time since his hemorrhagic stroke on Saturday. The new thing we’ve added was time at the lounge! Truly worth it!

Day 6 started with some light therapy & icing. Than I went back to the @mauilongevitylounge by @fuzionfit for my second round of PEMF therapy and it did make me feel instantly better.

So by day 7 I was actually able to move around the house without my crutches 🙌🏾 and also started some small kind knee rehab exercises. Thanks to my friend and coach @gabixavier_personal for guiding me back safely to feeling comfortable on my own body!

It feels pretty good engaging my quadriceps muscles and getting things back online. I did practice some calf raises exercises and did some rounds of going backwards upstairs and slowly bracing my weight as I went downstairs holding the railing. My knees flexibility keeps on increasing being over 55% now and feels wonderful to be able to feel my calf muscles once again. 😮‍💨

Currently healing from a transient patellar dislocation which involves a combination of rest, icing, elevation, and pain medication for the initial pain and swelling. Bracing it for a few days to stabilize the kneecap. Taking my supplements and floral essences! Also now stoked to be starting some PEMF therapy to optimize my healing! Mahalo @mauilongevitylounge 💚

Mahalo everyone for the help, get healthy wishes and healing prayers!

I’ll be back stronger!

It all comes down to how you bounce back! always, repeatedly! 🌊 go with the flow! 🌊 no matter what happens, remember: your mana resides within you!

Tomorrow marks 6 months since my patellar dislocation in my right knee, and honestly, it was a true blessing from the heavens! Of course, it sucked to go two whole months without surfing... but the amount of knowledge I gained is indescribable. I learned ways to improve myself and correct certain imbalances in my body that has changed the game for me! 🙌🏽 I feel much stronger and, therefore, way more comfortable and confident in myself than ever before! 🩷

Maintaining a grateful heart and a humble mind in the eternal pursuit of improvement and evolution. Aloha! 🤙🏽🌕🌊🏄🏽‍♀️🫶🏽
