Three things Maureen Harrison wants every woman in perimenopause to have in her home:

🌼 Chamomile tea — for digestion, sleep, cramping, and calm. She calls it something every house should have.

🥄 A spoon — yes, a regular spoon from your drawer. Gently massaging the chin in small circles can stimulate the facial reflexology points that correspond to your reproductive system and help ease hormonal symptoms.

🌿 Awareness — that what you're experiencing isn't something to be ashamed of, pushed through, or simply medicated. It's your body communicating. And when you learn the language, everything shifts.

This is the essence of Episode 6 of the Burn the Rulebook series a slow, soulful conversation with herbalist, reflexologist, and integrated wellness practitioner Maureen Harrison.

We talked about:
→ How reflexology points on the face, hands, and feet correspond to the systems most affected in perimenopause
→ Why stress and cortisol may be as impactful as estrogen and progesterone
→ Simple herbal tea blends to support digestion, sleep, and the nervous system
→ Why your symptoms are a signal, not a sentence
→ What it means to truly enter your wisdom years

If you've been navigating this season of life and feeling like your body is a mystery this episode is for you.

Hello everyone, i’ve been super excited to share that @maureenh and I have collaborated in creating a custom hair shine oil that will be exclusively sold in my shop, for those of you who love to add some shine into your hair. The oil will ground and bring you into your heart and uplift your spirit with the aromatics of resin, wood, delicate florals and hint of exotic citrus.
