A truly special day ✨🤍
Today we celebrated Maus turning 40 — and what a magical way to start this new chapter.

Our day began at Aura Skypool, surrounded by breathtaking views, sunshine, and an unexpected upgrade to even better spots… such a beautiful surprise 💖☀️

After that, we enjoyed an unforgettable cruise with Elite Pearl Charter — and once again, another upgrade… a bigger boat than we had booked. Sometimes life gives you those extra little touches that make a day even more unforgettable.

A magical day, just the three of us.
Feeling incredibly grateful for these moments, these memories, and for being able to experience Dubai in such a special way together. ✨

40 looks beautiful on you, Maus. 🤍

They’ve just been living on autopilot for too long.

Most people move without real awareness, without control, and without ever truly exploring what range they actually have. They bend, twist, squat, and reach, but a lot of it is just default movement patterns on repeat.

Kinstretch changes things.

It teaches you how to actually find those ranges, explore them with intention, and start using them with real control instead of just hoping your body figures it out.

Join us every Sunday at 9am at Elevate CrossFit DIP and discover how your body can really move.

💗Gisteren is onze kleine meid 7 jaar geworden 🎉

A reminder of why this work matters.

Kinstretch at ELEVATE this morning was spicy. We went after the shoulders … hard, with focused CARs training, ER and Flexion, then tied it all together with targeted spine mobility. Not flashy. Not easy. Just strength based mobility that builds joint resilience where it counts.

This is how you build a body that can take the punch. Strong shoulders that can handle load. A spine that moves segment by segment instead of locking up. Better movement quality under fatigue, not just when everything feels fresh. That’s what Kinstretch training does when it’s done properly.

Every class is about preparing your joints and nervous system for real life and real training. Less guessing. More control. More confidence in how your body moves.

If you want stronger joints, better mobility, and long-term movement longevity, come join a Kinstretch class with us. In person or online.

What a class!!!

We had a massive group of athletes this weekend 😮 What a pleasure! People come to KINSTRETCH with the enthusiasm to learn the practice and move better - they leave enlightened, empowered and sometimes even wildly surprised! And to be honest… likely a little stiff, because they discover how we train the stuff that often gets missed but are vital for healthy movement.
Be prepared for your sport, be prepared for life. We can’t stop aging, but we have the choice to control how we feel and move 5, 10, 15 years from now, by not neglecting to train this stuff.

Come join us for a class - come experience it for yourself.
