graduATE!!!!!

Did you know that approximately only 16% of people with bipolar disorder graduate college? Well baby, I BEAT THE ODDS!! When I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder my sophomore year I did not know if I would finish my degree. Dealing with my symptoms and figuring out what medication was right for me sometimes felt impossible. But thanks to my family, friends, UVU theatre faculty, classmates, and of course my psychiatrist, I was able to finish!! I truly have never felt more proud of myself and more grateful for my support system. Mental health can be such an uphill battle, but take it from one who knows, it will get better. It will always get better.
