POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve had a lot of conversations with clients recently about how overwhelming it can feel to look at the end goal or where you want to go in life… and how out of reach it can seem.

And I’m very much guilty of this too. Looking at this photo, this comp season once seemed so out of reach for me.

It can get to the point where we often miss the excitement of the middle point, where you actually become the person you want to be.

My advice is you honestly just need to get really good at continuing.

Continuing when your inner critic feels loud.
When it feels too hard.
Too far away.
When the setbacks outweigh the wins.
When it feels easier to give up.

Feel the feels, and then continue.
Fall and fail, and continue again.

That’s when you’ll really start making strides toward who you want to be. ♡

Time and time again max and I hear “I can’t give 100% so I can’t do coaching” especially when it comes to data logging & how we spend our weekends.

We get it, sometimes we just can’t log all the data all the time. Sometimes we have a weekend come up where we have a drinking event.
But this doesn’t mean we throw the towel in, this is where we communicate, pivot and integrate a different strategy.

We believe coaching is meeting the person where they’re at and actually tailoring it. Each coaching relationship is different & what we require from each client each week varies.
Some weeks we ask for more data in one area than the other and so on so forth.
THIS is what coaching is.

I’m not at all saying it should be easy for the client but forcing a swan to quack like a duck when it’s a freakin SWAN NOT A DUCK is wasting the potential of the swan.

Meet people where they’re at 🤝
