final bits of summer : celebrating a YEAR (!!) with my love, opening two shows, making friends left and right, and a lot of time feeling really grateful. 🥹 I love you life!

I had my second professional production and made my @nashrep debut as Tiny Tim in “A Christmas Carol.” This was a really special one because we always watch multiple movie versions every Christmas! I loved getting to work with some of the adult actors for a second time, including my vocal coach @briancharlesrooney, and I got to re-connect with a fellow Gretl as co-Tiny Tims!

Mr. Matt @matthew.carlton.501 made an amazing Scrooge! I first met him in Sound of Music the year before

Cratchits

It was my first time using a crutch and a British accent!

Being an understudy is one of my favorite things about theatre. I have had the pleasure of understudying about a dozen characters at UTH over the past few seasons, and have gone in for almost all of them at least once.

Here are some shots last night from my turn as Major James Davis, the saddest of boys with the worst job in the world. I last went in for him in 2019.
