💫 Client: Max

After over a decade of training, Max decided to take a leap and put his trust in me to see what we could do with his body.

Most people would think that you’re done growing and making improvements after 10 years of training, but sometimes you just need a trained eye, and a little bit of change to your current programs, to make a greater overall change to the physique. We’ve only been working together a small amount of time, but you can see the improvements in all areas respectively whilst maintaining relatively the same body fat, and a gain of 6.5kg of mass.

This is a snippet in the grand scheme of things. Veterans of this lifestyle know that there’s always more that can be done in time - so this is just the beginning. Very excited.
