Community is more than being in the same room. It’s growing together, pushing each other forward, and genuinely wanting to see the people around you win. Come grow with us at Ruak.

Complicated is not always better. It all depends on what you are trying to illustrate.

Thanks to Max for shooting this with me!

“The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena... who at the best knows the triumph of high achievement, and if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly..” - Theodore Roosevelt

Each year, I put 1 (maybe 2) dates on the calendar to work towards an overarching goal.

Some years it’s been marathons. Other years it’s been Ironmans..

The reason this is powerful is because it builds confidence, grit, belief, follow through, the list goes on that carries over into much more than fitness.

I’ve always respected the person who says they are going to do something, they show up, put in the work, then go out to do exactly what they said they would do or fail daring greatly.

The way we care for ourselves shapes the way we create. The pace we move at, the way we rest, the people around us, and the rhythms we build — all shape what comes out of us.
