Celebrating our First Summer☀️ committing to Automatic Academy FULL TIME, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision that we’ve made!🙌🏻 We’ve built relationships with athletes, coaches, and parents that go FAR BEYOND the game of basketball!!🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 There’s plenty of work that the public doesn’t see.. hours and sweat behind the scenes in empty gyms where’s it’s just us and a committed hooper putting in the work to shine in front of hundreds come November😤📸👌🏻 The work hasn’t stopped here, these athletes are still grinding before 🏀 season starts, but just wanted to show an appreciation to all of those that have trusted in us for their “off-season” growth!📈💪🏻 Until next summer😎 #basketballtraining #basketball #basketballtrainer #girlsbasketball #highschoolbasketball

Our guy @max_neelley made it back home to TX last week from Boston and got right back in the gym with us and his Strength Coach😤 Unless you’ve done it yourself or you’re close to someone who has played college ball, few people understand the difference of the next level compared to HS… The physicality and speed is unmatched, but Max is learning fast and has already gained an impressive 20 POUNDS OF MUSCLE since last summer!!🤯💪🏻 An honor to share the court and train with this young man! Look forward to seeing his growth over the next couple of months! 🙌🏻

A little twist to our ✌🏻FOOT TUESDAY… 2️⃣ DRIBBLE TUESDAY!!⛹️‍♀️⛹️ As you start making it to JV, Varsity, and even College Ball, DEFENSES become better and better! There’s less room for error and HELP DEFENDERS are more alert to ball handlers that over dribble👎🏻🙅‍♂️ So your effectiveness relies on how well you can control the offense using 2 or 3 dribbles! PAINT TOUCHES are the 🔑to any offensive system, so can you break down the defense (and help) with only 2 dribbles?? We put you in small sided games with constraints to improve that ability! This is LIVE DEFENSE with rules that you’re going to be UNCOMFORTABLE with, but TRUST THE PROCESS!!! DM us if you’re looking to take that next step for yourself and your team this summer!💪🏻😤 + + + #basketballtraining #girlsbasketball #girlsbasketballtraining #basketball #simple

We’re going to start a new trend on here… ✌🏻FOOT TUESDAY When you’re a young kid just starting to learn the game, you’re taught the fundamentals: Jump Stop, Triple Threat, Protect the Ball, Footwork, etc. But as we get older, we think we need to “get in our 🎒” when in reality we need to MASTER THESE FUNDAMENTALS!! Many people thought that Kobe Bryant had the craziest workouts. However, his workouts consisted of his FOUNDATION day after day! Perfect footwork, step through, fade, soft touch, all of it🙌🏻 If the best players IN THE WORLD train like that, why not our youth, HS, and College athletes? There’s no need to teach 10 dribble combos with a shammgod dribble into a step back 40ft 3 pointer…🙄 FOCUS ON THE DETAILS and train them at a speed that will make you better. It’s a PROCESS of the “boring” things, buts that’s what will separate you apart from the rest of your peers🤷‍♂️ #basketballtraining #girlsbasketball #girlsbasketballtraining #automatic #basketball #simpleworks #simple #youth #youthbasketball #fundamentals #basketballdrills

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to the friends and family of Suffolk MBB for your contributions on day 1. But as Coach Juron always says “whatever it takes for as long as it takes”. We still are just short of our Day of Giving goal. We need you to help us finish strong! Let’s crush it on day 2!!

🙌🏻MAX APPRECIATION POST🙌🏻 @max_neelley is the reason that you need to understand that there are LEVELS to this game😤 A 6’5” agile wing that can shoot the ball from ANYWHERE and attack the rim like a GROWN MAN… he’s a problem that you don’t want to matchup against! You can’t teach length, you can’t teach height, but you can teach SIMPLICITY and Max’s game has a smoothness to it that will TRANSLATE TO THE NEXT LEVEL at @suffolkmbb 🏀 Max is the guy that does all of the work BEHIND THE SCENES. You guys don’t see how many hours he puts in at the gym, in the weight room, with his family, traveling to Boston for Suffolk camps, etc. He’s COMMITTED to his craft and you can tell he enjoys the PROCESS of getting better 💪🏻 He may be over 1,500 miles away from home, but he has a support system and FAITH that will push him to his highest limits! Show them what you’re made of Max🐏🏀 #basketballtraining #simpleworks #gainesvilletx #suffolk

Another Summer☀️ in the books, but definitely the MOST MEMORABLE one!! 2025 is the Summer that we will never forget! The busiest we’ve ever been, but the most FUN we’ve ever had! The relationships that God created for us, the parents that had patience with our CRAZY schedule, the athletes that take time out of their Summer Break to put in the EXTRA WORK 💪🏻; we wouldn’t have wanted to spend our Summer any other way! It’s sad that it comes to an end, but we’re BEYOND EXCITED to see how these young men and women show out for their schools this coming fall! We can’t wait to attend games, see Facebook/insta highlights, text our athletes about their success & struggles, ect!! The hard work will definitely pay off and show out this season for these INCREDIBLE athletes 🙌🏻 None of these athletes or parents ask us to show them off. These are hours that go unseen; it’s the SWEAT IN SILINCE💪🏻😤 There are HUNDREDS more of videos and athletes that aren’t even on this video, but you’ll be sure to see their HARD WORK soon enough… GOD BLESS! And remember, just because it’s SIMPLE, doesn’t mean that it’s easy👈🏻😤 #simplebasketball #details #basketballtraining #girlsbasketball #automatic
