Some of the most beautiful details are found in the most private spaces.

At La Bonanova, each of the three bedrooms has its own individually designed en-suite bathroom. A private retreat defined by carefully selected materials and a confident sense of calm, combining warm wood, beautifully glazed tiles and brushed brass.

Built in the 14th century as a royal residence, Castell de Bellver is one of Mallorca’s most distinctive landmarks, renowned for its rare circular architecture.

Its name means “beautiful view” in old Catalan. And while Bellver offers spectacular views over Palma, La Bonanova offers an equally beautiful perspective — looking back at the castle, framed by lush pine forests. A green oasis for morning walks, peaceful afternoons and a breath of fresh Mediterranean air, just minutes from the heart of Palma. History, nature and city living — all on your doorstep.

Sometimes, a missed opportunity becomes someone else's perfect chance.

La Bonanova had already found its buyer, who sadly fell short of financing the purchase. The good news? This distinctive residence is now back on the market — offering someone else the opportunity to call it home.

Fully renovated, beautifully furnished and surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and the sea, La Bonanova offers the feeling of a villa with the ease of apartment living, just minutes from Palma.

204 sqm · 3+ en-suite bedrooms · sea & mountain views · garden & pool

A curated selection of her works is on view in our showroom until 20 October, with a closing event on Saturday 17 October. Ruth also takes commissions. To visit outside opening hours, write to studio@onlyandco.com.

Materials that shape how a home feels.

At La Bonanova, every material was chosen with intention — not only for its appearance, but for the atmosphere it creates. Natural stone, warm wood, carefully selected textiles, and tactile surfaces bring depth, calm, and authenticity to the spaces.

Chestnut window frames, linen curtains, and brass elements add character and personality, while smart considerations of cross ventilation and Feng Shui support natural air flow, balance, and everyday comfort.

The palette is quiet and grounded, inspired by Mallorca’s light, landscape, and natural tones. Soft fabrics bring warmth, while timeless materials create a sense of longevity and ease.

Because true quality is not only seen — it is felt in every detail.
