I am heartbroken to have to loop all of you in: I am no longer employed at PublicDisplay.Art. I have truly enjoyed the privilege of working with so many outstanding artists and writers throughout the greater Seattle area (and beyond) over the past year; my life has been profoundly enriched because of it. I would not have chosen to leave this way, but sometimes life has other plans.

One of the best parts of the experience was getting to work with Maxine Arnheiter, assistant editor. I’m proud of what we achieved in a short amount of time, especially considering it was such a tiny (but mighty) team. I am crushed to not be completing the September issue, which was going to be truly spectacular.

This experience has reminded me how much I love being active in the arts community in such a role—both writing about art and helping facilitate art. I’m looking forward to what’s next. And to spending more time at this drafting table that auspiciously arrived in time for my birthday—and for this transition. (Thank you, Jayson!)

If you have projects, want to brainstorm, or would like to work together, please hit me up. I am in big productivity mode.

Finally, if you are someone I have been actively working with on PDA-related jobs or content, please reach out here or via my personal email, and I will do my best to put you in touch with the right folks. For everyone else, let’s grab a drink soon!
