The Aussies grow up PLAYING games that allow them to learn manipulation of the ball and they learn to become effective. (It’s awesome)

I think the American system can learn something from these guys.

It truly is never about chasing a perfect ball, perfect chart, etc

It’s about BEING EFFECTIVE for your team.

good job

THAT’S WHY YOU GET YOURSELF AN AUSSIE PUNTER! 🇦🇺🐐

@gobearcatsfb @maxfletcher.31 just pulled off an absolute BEAUTY!

Sold the candy like his old man @dustinfletcher31, then dribbled a 50-metre punt all the way down to the ONE-YARD LINE! 🏈🔥

The Fletcher footy DNA is alive and well in Cincinnati!

PUNTER OF THE YEAR CONTENDER?! 👀

Imagine getting a phone call at 3am that could change your life… and thinking it’s spam 😂🏈

That’s exactly what happened to Aussie @maxfletcher.31 when the head coach @coachsampittman of the @razorbackfb came calling with an opportunity to play in the @sec.
Max knew it was an opportunity he couldn’t turn down, but the first thing he did was jump on Google to see how many people the stadium held.

One look at the crowd capacity and he was SOLD! 😂

From growing up in Australia to playing college football in front of tens of thousands of fans in the SEC. Not a bad way to start your American football journey!

Growing up as @dustinfletcher31’s son meant people knew @maxfletcher.31 before they knew him.

While his dad was building a 400-game @afl career, Max was navigating junior footy with extra attention, pressure and even parents yelling from the sidelines.

At the time, he was too young to fully understand his dad’s legacy. Now, playing college football for the @gobearcatsfb, Max can see how those experiences helped shape who he is.

A famous surname, but a story of his own. 🇦🇺🏈
