I have an idea of how to make cars more sustainable!

I would be keen on creating an online community of eco-friendly car owners and people like neighbours, family or friends who would share cars with each other on a day to day basis. For example, one car can be shared "on-demand" with 3 or more people who live near each other or are family members. Such a car-sharing system would reduce the number of cars and therefore carbon emissions, and help the traffic situation.

Another important thing, I would prioritise the use of old cars. It takes an incredible amount of material and energy to build an automobile and its parts, whether or not the car runs on gasoline, electricity, or a combination of the two. The best for the environment would be to keep older cars on the road for as long as possible.

Ad/Anzeige/Gewinspiel/ @innocentschweiz may only make small drinks, but, just like me, has big dreams. One of them is to protect biodiversity and the climate. That's why they cultivate orchards in Switzerland and reforest global forests.

These are just some of the measures that are part of @innocentschweiz new campaign called "Die grosse Wiesenwildnis" which is aimed to encourage people to think about sustainability and to share their sustainability dreams with others.

Share your idea and with a bit of luck innocent will support your idea with CHF 5'000 - LINK IN BIO!

What is your sustainable dream? Do you also have ideas of how you would like to make the world more sustainable?

Children are most affected by war. Children too often suffer the indirect consequences of armed conflict without living in conflict-affected war zones and it can have a lifelong negative impact on their lives.

Children are the innocent victims caught in the content of war on TV, the Internet and social media. We can help our children to cope better by creating a secure attachment relationship with us, parents; by spending more time with our children; by listening to their questions and worries; by managing our own distress and worries better.

On @147_schweiz you can find a lot of tips on how to talk to children about war and how we can protect ourselves from overwhelming information overload on the Internet. 147 is also a FREE Hotline by Pro Juventute, an organisation that helps children, young people and their parents in Switzerland for more than 100 years.

This month, @kingfluencers @projuventute_schweiz and @147_schweiz fundraising for "The Voices of Children Foundation" - @voices_of_children has been helping children affected by war since 2015. They are providing non-stop assistance to affected children and families from all over Ukraine, providing emergency psychological assistance, and assisting in the evacuation process.

Ad / Anzeige / Just a few more days until Spring! And with it, some pleasant winter days with clear skies and warm temperatures are still awaiting!

Interesting, some people feel more tired and moody during winter. Maybe it`s our winter brain, or maybe we just need more #serotonin?

There are some ways you can boost your winter mood:
1. Increase your exposure to sunlight - sunlight improves serotonin production and keeps the serotonin transporter from sucking it away.
2. Get a massage - it can boost your serotonin by as much as 30 percent. It also decreases stress hormones and raises dopamine levels.
3. Get moving - Regular exercise increases both serotonin production and release.
4. Eat healthily - Eggs, cheese, turkey, nuts, salmon, tofu, and pineapple are all serotonin-boosting foods.
5. Meditate - it will relieve stress and help for a positive outlook to increase your serotonin levels.
6. Remember the good times - The simple act of remembering positive events that have happened in our lives can increase serotonin production.
7. Have a healthy drink - @innocentschweiz Ingwer Kurkuma Power shot is a perfect booster for extra energy, motivation and a lot of happy smiles all year long!

Anzeige / #praktischfüralles What will happen if you meet @funkyforty at @einkaufszentrum.rosenberg in Winterthur? See for yourself!

We had such a blast discovering Rosenberg together, although we are so different and we like different things, Rosenberg has all you need to satisfy absolutely any shopper! No wonder Rosenberg claims it is "Praktisch für alles"!

What did I like the most at Rosenberg? Of course that it has a cute "Kinderparadies" club where you can drop off your children and get your shopping done in quiet while your kids have fun at the indoor playground! So praktisch!

What did @funkyforty like? Maybe her new bikini - on her page she has her version of our Rosenberg shopping day.

By the way, @einkaufszentrum.rosenberg is raffling off a 500.- shopping voucher on their page! Just design your own "Praktisch für alles" shopping bag and get the chance to win the prize! Don't miss it, only until 19th June - LINK IN BIO!

🇩🇪 Mit @family_first_switzerland durften wir im Garten Beeren anpflanzen – natürlich mit der passenden RICOTER Beerenerde im Gepäck. Wie Elena dies erlebt hat?

«There’s something that is simply spectacular about planting your own berries. Maybe we are not foolhardy gardeners, but we love the idea of “summertime” with a berry patch on our balcony!
Most berries require carefully prepared soils and growing areas to grow to their fullest. We`ve got one of the best quality soils on earth RICOTER Beerenerde (Schweizer Erde, Swiss earth) and tried our best to follow the berry planting instructions (see our Stories today). And very soon, berry patches will pay back the sweat and labour poured into it with the most delectable fruit you can imagine 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼!»

🇩🇪 Möchtest auch du eigene Beeren pflanzen? 🍓 In unserem Vlog rund ums Thema Beeren eintopfen erfährst du in wenigen Schritten, wie’s geht. Den Link dazu findest du in der Bio!
