POV: What did we prepare for the Mid-Autumn Festival? 🌕

As a Chinese family living abroad, we love to share the joy of traditional festivals with our little ones. The Mid-Autumn Festival is no exception ✨ This year, Adrian has his heart set on face painting, and we're excited about giving him a magical experience 🎨

Now, you might wonder, how do we choose safe and reliable face painting materials for kids? It’s crucial to keep their sensitive skin in mind, and that’s why we’ve chosen @ohflossyofficial face paints!

❤️ Natural & Vegan
You won’t find any fillers or harmful chemicals here! These face paints are free from preservatives, parabens, fragrances, nano-particles, phthalates, petroleum, PEG, and talc.

❤️ Hypoallergenic & Non-Toxic
Specifically designed for sensitive skin, they’ve undergone independent safety testing and comply with EU regulations and toy safety standards. Peace of mind is a must!

❤️ Easily Washable
Cleaning up after the fun is a breeze. These paints come off with just water, and no need for harsh scrubbing or makeup removers!

🫶🏻 For those with extra-sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a patch test first. Just apply a small amount on the inner arm to check for any reactions.

With the right preparations, we can't wait to see Adrian's creativity shine through this festive face paint experience.

Looking forward to the next one, shall be Halloween in the end of October 🎃👻

Shake Shack

Nestled on the 5th floor of Cityplaza in Tai Koo, 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞 reimagines classic Cantonese dining with Song Dynasty-inspired elegance, bringing back the nearly lost ritual of the dim sum cart while layering in contemporary creativity and seasonal ingredients. Think refined techniques, theatrical tableside moments, and dishes that feel both nostalgic and excitingly new.
-
Start light with the Clear Claypot Watercress Soup, a clean, refreshing double-boiled broth packed with abundant watercress for pure, soothing flavor. Moved on to the elegant Chilled Crab Roe Egg Jelly with Peach Kernel and Spicy Moringa Sprouts, a cool, textural appetizer where silky egg jelly meets briny crab roe, crunchy peach kernels, and tender spicy moringa sprouts.
-
Don’t miss the standout Baby Suckling Pig (1/4 portion), roasted on-site daily with ultra-crispy sesame-like skin and tender, clean meat from young farm-raised pigs. For something more luxurious, the Sea Urchin Crystal Prawn Balls deliver translucent, springy prawns draped in rich uni and a glossy sea urchin sauce that layers pure oceanic umami.
-
End on a playful note with 棋逢敵手, a charming chess-piece-shaped Steamed Custard Rice Cakes that are soft, fragrant, and just the right amount of sweet.

🌽🍲🦪🥩🥓🧋🍨🥮

之後我家姐隊咗位 @healthfarm.hk 嘅榴槤月餅。
