I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to push me through this journey🫶🏾✌🏾

“Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning” - Winston Churchill

Came a long way to get to this point, it would not have been possible without my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the many people he put around me. Wouldn’t trade the journey or the people for the world. MIDN -> 2nd Lt.

It was a big day for @king_cage_203 and @santinotno and the club!! When you think about the steepness of the learning curve and how much attrition there is in the early stages, 🟦🟦⬛🟦 is no joke!! Way to go guys on all your hard work and leadership on the club. Keep coming back and savor the journey.

And with all the commitment being demonstrated by others on the club, we'll be doing this all over again soon.

I’ll forever be grateful for the joy the Azalea Festival brought me this week, especially in the in-between moments.

The best group to experience this with. 🩷

I don’t have the words to describe this week and how amazing it was… There is something so special about the @ncazaleafest and being on @elaine4animals Queens Court this year will forever go down as one of the biggest honors of my life. From visiting so many children at @novanthealth @boys.and.girls_club and @capefearacademy , I saw so many sparks ignited through community pride and celebration. The arts are so intertwined with things like Azalea Festival, and I truly enjoyed being part of the masterpiece. So many great memories, lessons, and friendships that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. Azalea Fest, you owe me nothing! 🌺✨ #crownkate88 #findyourspark #ncazaleafest #missamerica #missnorthcarolina

Danced our way through the week at the @ncazaleafest 🕺✨🪩

From hotel room dance breaks to school visits, Boys & Girls Club dance parties, stage performances, the Queen’s Dance Party, and concerts and events around Wilmington… this week was SO much fun.
