Максин, единственная выжившая в той кровавой бойне на техасской ферме, уже сделала себе имя в фильмах для взрослых и теперь пытается пробиться в большое кино. Девушка получает главную роль в сиквеле нашумевшего хоррора, когда вдруг кто-то начинает убивать её знакомых. Отзыв. Достойное завершение трилогии, пожалуй такое, каким оно и должно быть! На этот раз режиссёр подыгрывает стилистике кино 80-х, в частности поджанру фильмов ужасов джало, а в сюжете объединяет: - попытку Максин пробиться из низкопробной порнографии в высшую лигу киноактёров Голливуда! И пусть путь её начинается с сомнительных ужастиков, осуждаемых толпой, тем не менее её попытки выглядят некой компенсацией неудачи Перл из сиквела! - немного грязного, уже современного нуара, что проявляется в наличии пронырливого частного детектива и в повадках Максин, которые отдают гнильцой общества, в котором она застряла. Её и без того отнюдь не невинная натура, подобно Перл в сиквеле, начинает мало чем отличаться от её маниакальных преследователей, с тем лишь оправданием из её уст, что она всего лишь любой ценой протаптывает себе дорожку на Олимп популярности! - эстетику популярного в те годы полумрака баров, желающих предложить тебе нечто большее и запретное, а также ещё не запылившихся видеосалонов. - тему маньяков, охотящихся за ночными бабочками, и безумных сектантов. - и уже привычная вишенка на торте всей кино трилогии - это любовь к кинематографу, не только мимикрирующая под стилистику показываемых лет, но и говорящая о нем вслух, как это делал Тарантино в "Однажды в Голливуде". Все эти темы по своему интересно обыграны настолько, что опять же не хочется думать о вторичности. Ведь главное, как это подано. А если вам знакомы нижеперечисленные, то настоящим украшением становится ещё и актёрский состав.
