You can write the names. Give each man a weapon, a job and his own particular way of causing trouble.
But you can’t write brotherhood.
That has to happen between them.
Linds Edwards came into MAN OF WAR as Bunny and brought everything a good mercenary commander ought to have: genuine danger, gallows humor and something unexpected beneath it all—heart.
The sense that despite the scars, bad habits and questionable life choices, Bunny would walk straight into
hell for his people.

And those people were bloody magnificent: A proper international band of professional troublemakers.

They trained together, moved like professionals and became genuine mates off camera. That brotherhood
found its way into every look, insult and laugh—and into the way they close ranks when everything turns
ugly.

By the time LaMonica Garrett’s Connor falls in with them, they don’t feel like six actors carrying rifles.
They feel like an unstoppable unit. A battered little mad family held together by loyalty, gallows humor and an alarming degree of professional competence.
TEAM BUNNY!
WE WIN!

There are plenty of men who’ll stand beside you when the sun’s out. The list gets a lot shorter when the shooting starts.

“I’m your huckleberry.”

People remember it because it’s cool. I remember it because of what it means.
It means, I’ve got this. I’ll stand with you.
You don’t walk into this alone. I’ve been lucky enough to build a team that’s lived those words. Film sets are long days, impossible deadlines, blown budgets, missed sleep, and moments where everybody has a reason to quit.

Mine don’t. They carry each other.
They cover each other’s blind spots.
They fight for the film like it’s their own.
That’s brotherhood. That’s loyalty.
That’s sacrifice. Those things matter a hell of a lot more than talent ever will.
That’s what Tombstone has always meant to me.

Who’s your huckleberry?

MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE (2026)

Unfortunately, it’s already clear that the movie wasn’t a major commercial success, failing to even recoup its budget at the box office. However, I hold out hope that people will discover it on streaming and that it’ll gain recognition as a hugely entertaining and well-produced sci-fi fantasy. But even though I truly hope this isn’t the last time we see this world and these actors on the big screen, I fear this will turn into another Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves situation, where the film itself is fantastic, but the numbers just don’t support a sequel.

Either way, it’s clear that Masters of the Universe stands tall on its own as a brilliant movie and an exceptionally strong modern adaptation of a beloved 80s franchise. Packed with great performances, cool visual effects, and a masterclass of a score, there’s no doubt that He-Man still has a place in modern pop culture.
