Happy 1st birthday to my first single, Year’s End 🤍🤍🤍 so grateful that this song has touched so many people.

I never pictured myself releasing music so it’s crazy to think that it all started with this song. Thank you to @maxmooshi for recording, producing mixing and mastering it.

I hope you listen to it today, on December 30th :) or on any day really. 🤍 it’s about the weird feeling of starting a whole new year after the crazy one that just happened. And i wrote this song 2 years ago and i keep feeling that feeling. Part of the human experience I suppose.

Here are some photos from the shoot we did for it @cheapsblues crushed the photos and @lilyrturner crushed the styling. So grateful to these two for helping me execute my vision!!

Love you!! Thanks for listening and stay tuned for exciting things coming in the new year.

Album art for “Rainbow Boy” & Photos from our studio session @carpetbooth in August of 2023 when we started tracking it!

I have so many wonderful people to thank for the existence of this song, and am extremely fortunate to have their contributions within this tune!!

@zzurn engineered the session
@maxmooshi was incredibly sweet and helpful, and shot these photos!
@ada.phage recorded Wurlitzer
@abdelgarderon played drums
@henrycbreen played bass
@xinamp3 recorded vox
@dzjackson played flugelhorn & trumpet
@jovon.sax played sax
I sang, played guitar and added any other elements in the song!

@henrycbreen also MIXED the song!
@alecness mastered (the mpls stamp of approval) lol - thanks alec!

Honorable mention for my Fender Jazz Master (pictured above) that I wrote this song on initially in 2021. It was a very special instrument to me, and sadly it was stolen out of my house in 2023 which broke my heart fr. RIP

I learned so much about music and personhood from this song and the process of bringing it to life, and now I gift it to you, my first official offering to the world of recorded music!!

Rainbow Boy Out EVERYWHERE on Friday August 8th- Presave in my bio

( The album art is from “Fire Of Life” which is an archival collection of art and information about the sun)- This art is absolutely perfect for the song, and it stumbled into my life at the exact moment it needed to
