A blessing to be busy 📸

Taking a second to thank every single person that trusts me to execute their vision.

I’ll continue to do my best to say yes, show up, and give my highest level of work to every person who goes out of their way to trust and hire me with the mission of bringing their ideas to life.

So you just got done with your first meet..NOW WHAT?
First and foremost; congratulations, you did it. But now it’s time to get to work! Here some things to prioritize now that you’re into your off season.
1) Get with your coach or someone who you respect well enough to listen to when they give you feedback. Time to hammer out your short comings. Falling forward in the squat? Elbows flaring during the bench? Or losing tension off the floor? No worries! Now’s the time to hammer these out with variation work and accessories catered to said weaknesses!
2) Time to fire up your work capacity! Coming off a meet, you are definitely at your strongest. But you aren’t at your fittest. Your work capacity and cardiovascular fitness has gone the way of any red headed step child. Neglected. This is your time to push for some conditioning, but slowly! Work into it. You’ll be more consistent with it if you start out small and ramp up.
3) GET FUCKING BIGGER!! Not fatter! Build your muscles. Eat smart and build a physique that can withstand the tasks you’re demanding of it. Remember a bigger muscle has the potential to produce more force. And a conditioned muscle will recover faster!
WE. KEEP. PUSHING!
