Finally season 4 is almost here. We’re starting strong on the 1.9 with the killer combo Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna! (Yes, the Grindr campaign worked on us). Power couple @sroervik and @maxrebeccalevy are bootstomping regulars in the OQLD universe (yes, it’s a whole thing now), ready to kick off the new season with grooves, giddy ups and good times! 🥳 They will teach us 2 brand new dances that are both fun and beginner friendly. Don’t worry, seasoned steppers, we’re raising the level for Tuesdays at the end of September! When Did You Get Hot is choreo’d by @buckwildline @sugarfootsyyy <3 and «Don’t Tell Me» (banger!) from @stud.country @shitflix. We’ll also be teaching a warm up we learned this summer at «straight» line dance in, hot bed of country, upstate New York. We can’t wait to see both old and new faces. You’re all very welcome!!!🙏🏽

Sapphic Pride is born out of Lesbian Visibility Day, but we’re throwing the doors wide open — because visibility is better when it’s shared✨ This event centres sapphic culture and the experiences of those who’ve historically been pushed to the margins. If you’ve ever felt like queer spaces weren’t quite built for you, this one is. A quick note on gender: there is zero gender policing here. We use an expansive definition of “sapphic” — broadly, if this space resonates with you, you belong in it. Trans people of all kinds are not just welcome — you are essential. Transfemmes, transmascs, non-binary folks, whether you’re femme, masc, androgynous, or somewhere entirely on your own: come through. What we won’t welcome is bigotry — of any flavour, directed at any member of our community. If showing up for the most marginalised queers in the room isn’t your vibe, this might not be your event. If it is? We can’t wait to celebrate this day with you! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Sapphic Pride Oslo ✨ 🗓️ 25th of April 📍 Folk i Storgata ⏰ 16-23 Timeline: Speed friending with Ale & Julie 16:30 Music performance by MAREA 18:00 Poetry reading 18:30 Comedy burlesque by Gina i Farta 19:45 Drag performance by Birar the Vaudevillan 20:00 Line dancing with Miriam & OQLD 20:15 DJ set with ALPHADIVA 21:30

So excited to announce that @oslo.queerlinedance is joining Sapphic Pride’s program! 🤩🌈✨ Oslo Queer Line Dance (OQLD) is a queer community organization creating inclusive spaces through dance — where it’s not about dancing perfectly, but dancing together. OQLD holds regular classes every other Tuesday at himmel (blå). Come join us at Sapphic Pride for a beginner-friendly line dance class. We’ll guide you through the moves step by step, no experience needed. All levels and identities welcome. Sapphic Pride Oslo ✨ 🗓️ 25th of April 📍 Folk i Storgata ⏰ 16.00 - 23
