Helping mum reunite with her Batch Mates from High School 1968. An annual event when they reunite each year to celebrate each other's birthdays and life updates.

This year was extra special cause I got to meet the batch mates personally.

Where else better to celebrate mum's birthday than at the OG Fried Chicken Place in Vigan City. @maxschicken . This place is so legendary it was established when my parents were born and played a vital part in their child hood and nowni get to sample the flavours and tastes they experienced as Children. A special moment.

What I love about my mum and her fellow batch mates is that despite being oceans apart and establishing lives all over the world, they always keep a strong friendship and tie that brings them home to each other each year. True Friendship lasts forever and stands the test of time.

On the menu included:

A whole Max Fried Chicken 🍗 cooked tonperfect crisp.

Lumpia Shanghai

Fish Sinigang (your traditional hot and sour soup).

Pancit (noodles symbolising long life)

Pinakbet (a staple vegetable dish found all.around Ilocos Sur Province).
