Coaching these boys has been one of the true joys of my life. I can only hope this group learned as much from me as I learned from them. These players and families made me a better coach, a better human, a better husband, and showed me a great example of what parenting should look like with a kid in competitive sports. So for that, I thank all of you guys!

This team was more than just summer baseball. These boys will be brothers for life and I’m proud that I could be a small part of their lives and walk their walk with them. I wouldn’t trade all the hours and sweat and travel for anything. Y’ALL BOYS DESERVED IT. Love Y’all❤️

🔥 #FeatureFriday 🔥

This week we’re recognizing three athletes who bring something special every time they step into ETS.

💥 Ben – If there’s a ball to be hit, he’s trying to send it over the fence. His power comes from countless hours of work, and he’s always chasing the next big swing.

⚾ Max – His goal is simple: 90+ MPH. Every lift, sprint, and throw has a purpose. He shows up ready to work and is committed to becoming the best pitcher he can be. (Max also loves sleds)

💯 Ty – The ultimate teammate. He loves competing, but what makes him different is how he brings everyone else with him. He challenges those around him while encouraging them to be their best.
