Annual Sports Day: Lawn Bowls Edition 🎳
Each year we take to the great outdoors for some competitive team building. Turns out drawing a straight line much easier than bowling one.

Max Narrative Three

Too often, opportunity in the creative industry isn’t decided by the quality of the work, but by who can afford the risk, who knows the right people or who already understands the system. That gap between talent and access is where so many creatives get stuck, not because they lack ability, but because the doors were never built for them.

Narrative three explores the challenging trajectory of a postgraduate student who graduated from one of the world’s most prestigious art schools in the world. Max articulates that “Attending interviews, facing rejection, and feeling perpetually unsure of how one might achieve optimal performance” are becoming main sources of considerable frustration. While the complexities inherent in adulthood are naturally occurring, Max highlights the increasing difficulty of forging genuine connections with fellow creatives, due the natural selfishness of the creative industry. Nevertheless, he derives solace from the forms, acoustics, objects and individuals in his environment, while navigating the inherent pressures associated with aspiring to be an architect, as he guides the audience through a space that holds significant educational and emotional resonance for him.
