@shezzasocks takes @commerceroundtable 🧦 🌴✨ That’s a wrap on an incredible two days here in San Diego. From connecting with marketing legends to the curated dinners, having the space to sit down with top industry leaders and brilliant product founders was the ultimate highlight.

I’m leaving with new friends, fresh ideas, and a lot of notes to put into action for Shezza
Big thanks to everyone who shared their journey and made this trip so valuable. Swipe to see the recap! Until next time.

👉 schlechte Forecasts
Der Klassiker:
Marketing skaliert einen Bestseller erfolgreich hoch…
und plötzlich: OUT OF STOCK.
💸 Ads laufen weiter
📦 Lager leer
🔥 Geld verbrannt

Schaut unbedingt rein! 🙌🏽

Max has been with me since the very beginning — first as my training partner, now as an athlete I have the privilege to coach.
We’ve shared countless sessions, discussions, and lessons about training, mindset, and performance.

Our focus over the past two years: long-term progress, balance, and sustainable performance — even while working full-time in sales.
Max is proof that consistency and structure can turn potential into real capacity.

Max continues to grow with every season — driven, balanced, and focused.
A great athlete, friend, and someone I’m proud to have on the team.

Max:
Fitness has always been my top priority. In 2017, I quit soccer, got lost in the “global gym” world… and then found CrossFit. From day one, Max was my training partner and today, my coach.

He knows my strengths, weaknesses, and mindset better than anyone. What makes him special is how he bridges the gap between what you can do, what you want, and what you need. He’s obsessed with training and performance and truly leads by example: tests everything on himself over long periods before passing it on to his athletes, then adapts it precisely to their individual needs tests everything on himself first and adapts it to his clients.

Over the last two years, I’ve made massive progress — not just in performance, but in finding balance. The setbacks came from wanting too much too fast, but the training always kept me moving forward.

LFG!☝️
