Silverwood - June 2026

Rollercoaster of a weekend from storm delays to Real Feel temps of 96 degrees, it had a little of everything from lots of accomplishments to some MAJOR lessons learned. This horse is far from easy but makes all the breakthroughs that much more rewarding.

Very proud that we got our final qualifying score for regionals and closed out our last two rides for the First Level Performance award. Second Level, here we come!

Many thanks to a fabulous support crew near and far! Shoutout to surprise spectators @tammyschuhmeyer and @abbeyjmeyer , without them video proof of this weekend wouldn’t exist! To @maxxplay09 for talking me out of so many quickly deteriorating mind game spirals @kenny_w_d for the best on site coaching

2024 Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover

It’s a wrap!

🔹 Competitive Trail: 12th place Amateur
🔹 Dressage: 7th place overall, 3rd place Amateur

There’s no shot I’d be half way successful in trying to put into words all that this past week was. Suffice it to say that it, and Gator, surpassed my wildest dreams in the very best way. I will remember it forever and am so grateful to be part of this very special horse’s journey! WOW.

Sincere gratitude for all of the endless support, especially @carofine1 for trusting me with this horse, @godolphin for the incredible sponsorship and @coolmoreamerica for one of the coolest opportunities to meet Uncle Mo (among other GREATs but I’m partial 🥰) and a tour.

Thank you for an unforgettable experience and your faith in my little Gator 🐊 guy!

Wonderful day on Catalina
Island! A few of us rented bikes and rode around while the others zipped around on a golf cart.

We ended the day enjoying pizza and wine at my cousins apartment downtown San Diego!

Thankful for our great team that swam horses all day today in the rainy weather!! We don’t have too many rain days in San Diego but it looks like we will have a season worth of rain in the next week!
