A day bathing in good vibrations, eating good food, with good people.

After lunch we will express ourselves with free-form movement in a loving judgement-free setting where you can let go of your inhibitions and dance exactly as you feel.

The final event of the Journey with Nari program is a special one you don't want to miss.

All are welcome, whether you've attended a previous event or not! Book early to reserve your headset.

A day of laughter, community, greenery and fresh air!

During the Activation event of the @journeywithnari program, we started off with self-massage, a shamanic drum journey and free-flow painting with @jordanfilko.

Nari accompanied by @kiriaofficial led vocal activation and a medicine song circle that had us dancing, laughing and meditating.

A day of love, healing and firing up our creative juices!

Next and final event of this program is this Saturday with silent disco (headset) sound healing and ecstatic dance!

All welcome💜 DM to book your headset.

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and aware... To hear the birdsong. To feel the touch of the grass beneath your feet, the kiss of the breeze on your skin. To really breathe that fresh air deep into your lungs.

On Friday, we’ll start the day with mindfulness to ground and connect to ourselves, with conscious relating practices to connect with each other - to really see and be seen!

The drum circle will have us connect in community and raise a strong vibration together!
