Summer ends, but the memories remain β˜€οΈπŸ’› . . It was so incredibly hard to choose photos for my posts during the summer. I take a LOT - like thousands! But here is my summer in the quickest snapshot you could ever imagine. . . From backpacking to playing among us irl on the playground to attempting necromancy on crawdads to making abilities to hotdogs at the bar to birthday celebrations to learning how to use a cross cut to dying my hair for the first time to shopping trips and sunny days. . . Colorado summer, I will miss you πŸ’“

Showcasing Insects from Around the World May Museum: 100 Years of Entomological History With a history dating back more than 100 years, the May Natural History Museum attracts curious kids, tourists and trained entomologists from all over the world to investigate the 7,000-plus insects on display. Started by James Frederick May, a naturalist who collected insects over his lifetime, the museum is one of the largest private collections of tropical insects in the United States. Set on Golden Eagle Ranch, the May Museum is a family-owned and operated business located in Colorado Springs since the 1950s. Families and visitors of all ages visit the museum and picnic on the grounds, which are home to hiking trails and wildlife. For the bug lovers! 😍πŸͺ² One of the largest private collections of bugs in the world! Visiting the May Museum @may.museum in Colorado Springs, CO was so fun! Thousands of different bugs on display to see and you can pick up our bug pins in their gift shop! ✨ Definitely worth a stop if you’re as bug obsessed as I am these days! Was in inspiration overload after visiting - working on a new goliath beetle & stick bug design right now because of it! 🀩
