Wellness girl math: one Hot Pilates class + one nutrition talk = at least 10 business days of feeling like you’ve got your life together. 😌✨ The Ultimate Rest by @sylen_ca and @unityfitnesscanada brought together movement, learning, and community for an afternoon that left everyone feeling refreshed inside and out. @zo.the.nutritionist did the inspiring nutrition session, @tinaabombina did the spiciest set as usual 🥵🌶️ sweat in the best way possible, and ofc to @maya.toronto for allowing me to capture one of most beautiful events in Toronto’s amazing fitness spaces. Here’s to choosing ourselves, one intentional moment at a time. 🤍 #wellnesscommunity #torontocontent #torontocreatorculture

A Saturday well spent✨ Spent the afternoon moving my body with hot mat Pilates by @tinaabombina ,learning more about nutrition @zo.the.nutritionist ,connecting with an amazing wellness community, and leaving with the sweetest curated gift bag🫶🏼 These are the kinds of events that remind me wellness is so much more than working out—it’s about movement, education, community, and taking care of yourself. Already looking forward to the next one🌿 #TorontoWellness #TorontoFitness #WellnessCommunity #Pilates #HealthyLifestyle

the ultimate reset with @sylen_ca was exactly what it sounds like. oh but there was a tornado warning in @zo.the.nutritionist ‘s area and she still showed up to walked us through nutrition in a way that actually stuck — balanced approaches, real consistency, no overwhelm. @auroranutrasciencecanada was on site with glutathione, nad+, vitamin c and creatine mocktails that i could not put down. sylen’s athletic wear was on display and i was making my shopping list. then we headed into the hot pilates session with @tinaabombina and i have to be honest — i forgot it was hot mat pilates until i was already in the room wondering why it was SO HOT. tina did not go easy on us and i respected every second of it. salad from @artefoods and electrolytes from @auroranutrascience after to refuel and reset. that’s the kind of community that makes these events worth going to. 🤍 @eat.betterkind @vo.beautyco @graceandstella @east29th @auroranutrasciencecanada @auroranutrascience @elleennatural
