Some life post show!

Here’s what I’ve been up to:

This first month post show I’ve just been settling into reality, adjusting to a new routine (school, training, everything in between) & pouring more energy, as it comes back, into things I couldn’t during prep. Right now I’ve really been prioritizing my health (both physical & mental), which looks like reversing properly, spending more time with my people, finishing up my last semester of college. I’ve also been loving how present I can be this fall season which is my absolute fav so I’ve been incorporating all the fun fall activities and flavors into my routine!

I won’t lie, it’s been a rough to navigate this next chapter of my life and what can be considered my “new normal” after losing my dad. My emotions are all over the place now that prep is over and I’ve had the capacity to feel them again, but I’m embracing it fully and allowing myself grieve, cry, be angry, and let in happiness whenever I can. There’s a time and a place to move more robotically if it’s what keeps you going, but you can’t run from things forever if you truly want to heal and grow. This is certainly one of those times I’m grateful to be in an improvement season and able to have the brain power to process and progress forward.

I have a lot to figure out, but it helps to have big goals to work towards and an incredible support system through it all. My year may not have played out how I imagined it, but in time I’ll end up exactly where I need to be and I plan to use my experiences as a learning experience and something that I can turn into something beautiful

Here’s to Q4 and an intentional season of R&R 🫶

My people!

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am to have so many beautiful souls who show up for me time and time again through everything. I wouldn’t be standing here so strong without them

Whether you were there physically or have been showing love & support from afar: a million thank yous could never be enough, and my wins will always be your wins 🤍

That post show celebration 🥂

My dad’s favorite candy was Reese’s peanut butter cups and I don’t think there was a single day you couldn’t find one hiding somewhere in our house. Had to toast to one with my people in his honor

I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up for me and made this day even more special. Plenty more thank yous to come🤍

Let’s take a look at what @maya_kolton has been up to this summer…

This summer, Maya headed to Kansas City for a video and creative content internship @twocirclessports, where she had the opportunity to work on projects for the FIFA World Cup, Sporting KC, Formula 1, Amazon Prime, and more.

From covering her first professional MLS match and capturing Fan Fest to editing a World Cup social video that was reposted by Patrick Mahomes and even featured on the news, Maya took on some incredible opportunities.

She also worked behind the scenes as a production assistant, covered international team arrivals, including Harry Kane and the England team, and traveled to South Carolina for NIL content creation.

Beyond the projects, what made this experience so meaningful were the people. Throughout the summer, Maya was trusted, challenged, and encouraged by an incredibly talented team. She is especially grateful to everyone at Two Circles, her fellow interns, and the creatives and mentors who took the time to teach, support, and inspire her along the way.

It was a summer full of learning, unforgettable experiences, and memories she’ll carry into this next year and chapter of her career.

Go Maya!
