Very few understand the method to my madness, this was never about filling a room for one night. It was about creating a community that young people actually want to be part of.

You don’t invest in the next generation by waiting for them to walk through your doors. You go out, earn their attention, build their trust and give them something worth belonging to.

Some people see 300 students in a gym. I see 300 futures worth investing in.

That’s the difference between running a business and building something that outlives you.

For Zaō, we did a big baby shower/gender reveal at a gorgeous venue and went all out (and it was wonderful) but this time I wanted something a little bit more intimate, at my home, with my girlie loves 🫶🏼

Not everyone is pictured, but we ate and drank and laughed and prayed and my heart was full that God has placed so many people in my life, when there were times it felt all was lost 🙏🏼

Loved the Baddies n Barbells event! It was so nice having some recovery time after our session and being able to network with so many strong baddies. Events like this really bring us all together.

Huge thanks to El @ellespibey_fit for organising it, and to Iron HQ Gym @ironhq.uk and Fuse Saunas @fuse.saunas for hosting us. Although I couldn't have the overnight oats because of prep, I took them home for my daughter and she absolutely rated them! 💪🩷✨@official_beast_meals
