Dear Softball,
Thank you for teaching me what it means to be to be selfless, accountable, and most importantly a leader. This sport has shown me that it’s way more than just a game, it’s love, it’s sweat, it’s tears, it’s friendship, it’s family. Without this sport I wouldn’t have been able to meet literally all of my favorite people.

Thank you OE Softball. These 4 years of my softball career maybe haven’t been all sunshine and rainbows but they sure have been amazing. Ive cracked jokes and made many memories.
Coach Davies, I will say this till the day I die. I could not have gotten through high school without you. Anytime I needed advice, Davies, going through some family stuff, Davies, relationship advice, Davies, need a pass, Davies . Davies you always have my back and I will never be able to repay you. You have helped me become who i am today. Thank you and i’m going to miss you so so much.

Thank you softball, for not only giving me but my dad an outlet from the crazy life we’ve lived so far. You’ve taken me to 9 different states, 14 cities, and 1,000+ hours of quality time with my best friend.

Dad, I would not be where I am today as an athlete nor a person if it wasn’t for you. You put me into this sport when I was 6 years old and now i’m 18 getting ready to say goodbye to not only a sport I love, but a bond that we’ve shared for so many years. Even though we’ve had our rough patches, softball has always been the reason we come back together. I will never be able to repay you for the amount of money and time you sacrificed for me. You will forever be my #1 fan.
I love you Dad. Thank you for everything.
