What’s the greatest benefit you’ve received from working with cacao for over a decade?

A friend asked me recently…

I feel more “me” every day.

The outcome: the way I move through my life and the world has changed in every way.

More trusting in myself. More grounded in inner peace and calm. More in tune with my intuition. More aligned with my personal mission and purpose. My access to a deep sense of joy.

How does this translate to my relationships and life?

I am doing work that lights me up.
I feel in integrity.
I feel at peace when I’m meeting new people.

As someone who used to have really bad social anxiety, always replaying conversations and in my head about how I was perceived, it’s such a gift to just be. I meet new people and feel grounded and at peace. Open, curious and truly listening: the result is deeper connection and real, authentic relating.

After a decade long career in marketing that left me tired and disheartened, I now wake up every day excited for work, to fulfill what feels like a calling that is also helping to create a world that is uplifting and positive. This is satisfaction on a core level.

I felt lonely and misunderstood from early childhood. I now have meaningful relationships and am blessed with a circle of friends and family who I know I can count on, and they can count on me.

The net result: life feels uplifting, fulfilling and rich in beauty and joy.

Cacao has taught me how to tune into the wisdom in my heart. Every day I’ve worked with this plant for the past decade, I’ve gotten to know my true self a little better. A new vibration from my heart unlocked with each sip, in each circle.

From my experience, when we take time to really become intimate with ourselves, life becomes a whole lot richer and sweeter.

Thank you Cacao for showing me the way.

I am running a 48 hour flash sale for $200 off my signature Cacao masterclass. There are only 2 more slots at this special rate. Once they fill, the savings are gone for this year. If you are wanting to live a more authentic, heart-full life, this program will take you there.

Simple words. Yet so profound.

Imagine being able to speak the language of the plants with such fluency that their wisdom is as clear as a prescription. This was this medicine man’s reality.

He spoke this words so matter of fact. Of course. It made me smile to hear them. And that is why people travel all over the world to receive his treatments. He has access to an entire library of botanical medical wisdom, by simply offering an intention.

They whisper to him the exact potency, concentration and preparation instructions for each unique patient. The results are precise and complete. We use the term miraculous, but for him, it’s just another day working with the Jungle.

This is why my Cacao Masterclass is a 6 month program.
6 moon cycles.
Three seasons.
Daily practice sitting with Cacao learning the language of your heart.
Fluency takes time.

Your body already knows the words that arrive in whispers, sensations and intuitive knowing.

Practice teaches you how to hear them. How to trust them. And to believe in yourself enough to follow them.

Cacao is one of thousands of master plant teachers. She helps us open to the heart of life.

I am honored to be your host on this journey, with Cacao and the wisdom of our shared circle leading the way.

Registration is open. We begin on the Autumn Equinox. DM me today if you are feeling the call 💛

The earliest and most prolific harvest of all time. And another first - peak summer harvest BEFORE the solstice! Chefs, friends, if you need tomatoes some of these need a home. Pink and yellow slicers, cherry and yellow grape in abundance. #homegrown #marketgarden

Nothing compares to morning cacao on a chilly morning while camping, I live for these moments.

We brought our milk too😏 and I pre-mixed my cacao with ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, and cardamom to keep my digestive system moving & grooving, and my senses titillated.

Ethically sourced, organic cacao from @mayamoonco
