African Championships 2026🇿🇦🥇✨ Competing at the African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships 2026 was an unforgettable experience and a moment of great pride for me as part of the Egyptian National Team. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to compete at such a high level and to finish the championship ranked first in 6/8 routines. Despite facing a very difficult week after being hospitalized shortly before the competition, I was determined to give my absolute best and fight until the very end. I am proud to have won a total of 4 gold medals🥇 2 silver medals🥈 and also to have achieved most of my highest scores this season at an FIG competition. While every competition comes with lessons and challenges, I leave South Africa even more motivated, confident and focused for what is ahead🇩🇪 Everything happens according to God’s plan and I am thankful for the strength, support and experiences this championship gave me. Thank you to the egf, my coaches, teammates, family and everyone who stood by me throughout this journey.
