First Weights & Wellness Full Body Sculpt class, in the books🥹

Holy cow, what a whirlwind. I couldn’t have asked for my first ever group fitness class to go any smoother. I am so unbelievably thankful for all who came out, and all who supported from afar! Empowering women to make movement a fun, and consistent, part of their lives is the best job EVER!

And as a bonus, (not everyone is photoed) but this crew! Absolutely killed it. Chefs kiss girls, chefs kiss. I can’t wait to see you all back at the Align Studio for Weights with Abb, this was just the beginning🥳

i will forever be grateful for everything dance has taught me. it’s shocking to think this is the end of my journey.

if i said to my 10-year-old self i’d be quitting she wouldn’t believe me, but life moves you in ways that you don’t expect. falling out of love with a sport. i will forever bring what i have learned from dance into my life, into the future. whether that’s different sports or when i become an adult. thank you so much to my FCD family and others that have supported me throughout this journey.
