Some people have a signature look. Others have a signature drink.

Meet Detox. One of our bestsellers, and clearly not camera-shy.

Cucumber, celery, ginger, beetroot, lemon and seasonal greens.

Find yours at Botanical Blends or order on Wolt & Bolt Food.

P.S. How lucky are we to have this beautiful, radiant lady next door? You made our day!

It’s been a week since Ġimgħa l-Ħabs closed so here’s a quick recap of this crazy, special journey:

1. Thirty minutes after taking this photo I came across the women’s names for the first time while reading this book. I then stared out the window for an hour imagining the whole thing, totally abandoning the research I was meant to be doing. The following year I applied for the Premju Francis Ebejer through @teatrumalta and the real work began.
2. My first trip to the @nationalarchivesuk
3. My first time handling older, fragile documents.
4. My first workshop with @cleanbrk which prepared me for the week of workshops we were about to facilitate within prison.
5. Back to the archives. So much to read, so little time.
6. The first time I found the women’s names in the original prison report from 1825.
7. Researching the archives at @nationalarchivesmalta during a thunderstorm.
8. The thrill of finding the transcripts of these women’s court cases.
9. A photo of the team just after one of our creative workshops with the group of women we’ve been working with in Malta’s correctional facility.
10. A beautiful week of R&D in December 2025.
11. So much joy, tears and laughter. (The tears were mostly mine #emotionalwreck)
12. Venue change! But maybe it was meant to be, because what a beautiful space it was.
13. My last day in the rehearsal space.
14. A sneaky photo of a dress/tech.
15. A celebratory cocktail, because I’m proud of the work, and proud of the team.
Here’s to all of us. Bravi X

These 6 months have already been pretty life-changing, and I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say that ✨

Gearing up for even more ambitious projects, tough challenges and exciting experiences for the rest of 2026 🤞
