In two days, on May 15th, it will be my beloved daughter Rita’s birthday.
I wish her a life filled with love, peace, and safety, and I hope she achieves everything she dreams of. ❤️

Rita always says that she wants to become a doctor to help and treat the children of Gaza, because during more than 700 days of war, she saw with her own eyes how many children lost their lives due to the lack of medical supplies and limited healthcare resources.

Rita grew up surrounded by war, yet she still carries a heart full of hope, kindness, and compassion.

I hope she becomes everything she dreams of becoming, and that she always remains, as I constantly remind her, a proud Palestinian who defends the rights of her people and the children who deserve to live in peace and dignity.

Please write your messages and wishes for Rita — I will read every word to her on her birthday.
And please support her and our family in any way you can. 🙏🇵🇸

ON-LOCATION STUDIO: NATURAL LIGHT vs 2-LIGHT SETUP 💡🍃🌿
Warm day right at the end of a spring term last week allowed us to have a great outside session in our LCC garden. We looked how a studio can be built on location using a couple of seastands and a fabric backdrop.
I have made some portraits with my besties coursemates with different lighting to see how a choice of light is changing the whole mood of a photoshoot.
Shout out to the tutors @mabdulle and @adrianwoodphoto
And special shout out to @oliviajagtiani
About to have a good and productive Easter break 💚
