my first ever bodybuilding show. a day i will never forget.

this prep has been the most remarkable and transformative experience of my life. 199 days. over 28 weeks of checking every single box. 8,585 minutes of cardio. proving again and again the resilience and capability of the human body and mind.

there aren’t enough words to express how special this weekend was. stepping off stage and immediately sobbing from an overwhelming sense of pride, gratitude, and love is a feeling i’ll carry with me forever. bodybuilding has taught me the power of discipline and delayed gratification. the importance of self-respect and routine. the mental fortitude, resilience, self-love, and ambition i’ve gained over these past six months have shaped me into a better person every single day.

to my VILLAGE -- my incredible friends and family, my most perfect support system. i genuinely could not have done this without your unwavering love, support, and encouragement through every step of this journey. i love each and every one of you more than you know.

@mayawalkerrr, you are truly the world’s greatest best friend. moving across the country, chasing our dreams together, and having you by my side through this entire prep has meant more to me than i could ever put into words. i love you forever and always.

to my @forgdcoaching family (shoutout my airbnb baddies), thank you for being the most incredible teammates. you’ve inspired me every single day, pushed me to be better, and shown me that bodybuilding does not have to be a lonely sport.

@gdanielsfitness, the most talented coach. thank you for your incredible expertise and guidance throughout this prep. for always prioritizing my health. for pushing me daily and helping me bring my best possible package to the stage.

to @goldenposing and @jessfranklin_fitness, thank you for helping me build confidence in myself and create a routine i was beyond proud to present on stage.

this truly is just the beginning. the fire is burning so brightly.

now we grow. 🌱🤍
