Meet our 2026–27 WiA Community Events & Programs Chair!

We’re excited to introduce Maycee Thouvenel, our Women in Agriculture Community Events & Programs Chair! 💜

📍 Hometown: Versailles, Missouri

🎓 Major: Agricultural Communications | Minor: Agricultural Sales

Fun Fact: She did not attend the same K–12 school for more than six months at a time!

Why WiA?
“I am looking forward to creating a community where women in agriculture feel connected, supported, and excited to be involved!”

We’re excited to have Maycee helping create opportunities for our members to connect, get involved and build community throughout the year!

Stay tuned as we continue introducing our 2026–27 officer team!

FFA Members, Parents, Advisors, & Guests - Thank you for all your support you give to each member!!

This year, I was one of the Nebraska FFA Media interns - filming, photographing, designing, and interviewing throughout the convention. I was interviewed by 10/11 News, and my main focus was on how “FFA opens doors for anyone, no matter their background.” Working with a dedicated team of interns gave me valuable insight into the media industry, opening many doors for my future. Thank you, @ne.ffa , for this incredible opportunity!💙💛
