DETOX, DIGESTION & THE POWER OF NATURAL ELIMINATION 🌿

Our bodies are beautifully designed with their own systems of renewal, absorption, filtration and elimination. One of the simplest ways we can support these everyday processes is through the foods we choose to nourish ourselves with.

✨ Fibre is a little powerhouse of digestive wellbeing.

Found in plant foods, dietary fibre helps support regular bowel movements and healthy digestive function. It helps give stool bulk, while certain fibres such as in our clean, whole-food blends, also nourish beneficial gut microbes = prebiotic fibre, supporting the intricate relationship between our gut and overall wellbeing.

And why does this matter?

💚 Bowel health: Adequate fibre supports regularity and the body’s natural elimination process.

💚 Digestive support: A variety of plant foods provides different types of fibre, helping nourish a diverse gut microbiome.

💚 Everyday vitality: Fibre-rich foods can help support fullness and steadier energy when enjoyed as part of balanced meals and a varied diet.

💚 Nourishment from within: A healthy digestive system helps us make the most of the food we eat, while our body’s liver, kidneys and digestive tract work together to process and eliminate waste.

🌿 Detox begins with everyday nourishment.

Our green smoothie recipe brings together spinach, banana, mango, lemon, ginger, almond milk and Mayella Alkalise Green & Go, a whole food nutrient source and a delicious way to add plant diversity, phytonutrients and fibre with ease to a busy day. Fibre is nature’s helper for healthy digestion and regular elimination. It supports bowel health, helps nourish our gut microbes and contributes to the digestive foundations of feeling well.
No extremes. No complicated routines. Just beautiful ingredients, thoughtful choices and nourishment from the inside out #foralifetimeofhealthandwellness
that’s our experience and belief in the abundant joy of a healthy relationship with Self 💞

Let’s have a different conversation about menopause.

One that moves beyond the hot flushes, sleepless nights, brain fog and frustrations, to explore what this transition really means for our bodies, our wellbeing and our relationship with ourselves.

Menopause is not a curse. And it certainly isn’t the end of your vitality.

It is a significant transition, one that invites us to understand our changing hormones, nourish ourselves differently and perhaps reconsider what health, happiness and womanhood mean in this next chapter.
Oh and by the way, these aren’t quick fixes. They are life affirming foundations to wellness we can all embrace at any time and return to throughout each of our lives.

What if this next chapter isn’t about losing the woman you feel you were, but discovering more of the woman you’re becoming?

The wise woman years can be an invitation to listen more closely to your body, advocate for your health, reconsider old expectations and make space for the things that bring you alive.

Not every challenge needs to be romanticised. Every woman deserves support, understanding, effective care & guidance.

At Mayella, we believe knowledge empowers choice — and caring for ourselves is a lifelong investment.

🌿 It’s time for a different menopause conversation.

The Pattern Shift workshop with @girl.awakening @allurahalliwell

The Pattern Shift Workshop

A Live Q&A and Workshop with Allura Halliwell and the Girl Awakening Podcast.
A full day with Allura Halliwell, Amanda and Jo, dedicated to the questions you've been sitting with about healing, looping, and awakening.

This Is for You If You've Been Asking...
Why do I keep ending up in the same loop, no matter how much work I do on myself?

What actually happens during a spiritual awakening, and why does no one talk honestly about the chaos of it?

Is kundalini real, and what do I do if I think, I'm having one?

Why does healing sometimes feel like it's not really healing, just more circling?

You can know exactly why a pattern exists and still watch yourself walk straight back into it. That gap, between understanding and actually shifting, is where this event lives.

YOUR SKIN IS LISTENING✨

Have you ever looked in the mirror during a particularly stressful period and thought...

“Why does my skin look like this?”

Maybe it’s more reactive.

Maybe you’re breaking out.

Maybe your skin suddenly feels dry, inflamed or sensitive.

Maybe you simply look tired.

There is a reason we often see stress in the skin ⚡️
The skin is a living, communicating organ — connected to the nervous, immune and endocrine systems.
And chronic stress can change the biological environment in which our skin has to function.
This is one of the reasons we believe skincare needs to be more than skincare.

At Mayella, we think about the whole ecosystem:

🌿 What are you nourishing your cells with?

😴 Are you allowing your body to restore?

🧘‍♀️ Is your nervous system getting moments of calm?

🌞 Are you spending time in nature?

💧 Are you supporting hydration?

✨ And yes — what are you applying to your skin?

We believe beautiful skin isn’t just about correcting the symptoms of what we see. It’s about creating the conditions for the body to repair, regenerate and thrive. A relationship with the whole being 💗 #foralifetimeofhealthandwellness and beyoutiful healthy skin ✨

This is the thinking behind our new Mayella Knowledge Library — bringing together natural wisdom, modern science and practical rituals for whole-body wellness.

One of our Science Pillar explores:

The Hidden Cost of Chronic Stress — How Cortisol Shapes the Health of Your Skin.

Come explore it with us. 🌿
