25th March, 2023... Ello's Development and Investments Limited conducted its 1st physical Allocation of plots to the subscribers in its legacy estate LIGHT HAVEN ESTATE in Araromi Town Ibeju-Lekki.

The event was well attended and colourful, visibly excited clients gave their account of their experience with the company, which has maintained transparency in its dealings in the Lagos Real Estate space.

The Managing Director of Ello's Development and Investments Limited Engr. Louis Ezeanya thanked all clients and realtors present while conducting the allocation of plots. The MD emphasised the importance of dealing with credible realtors and companies who ensure both physical allocation of plots and legal transfer of such properties are placed on priority.

He said it's a RED FLAG, If any company gives excuses on allocation of plots bought by subscribers. Legal documentation is also very important and shouldn't be downplayed.

Light Haven Estate, Ibeju-Lekki is still selling and offers instant physical allocation within 14 days after full payment of all fees.

Ello's Development also has estate schemes in Epe, Asaba and Owerri.
