Today I am gonna review @maztonpharmaceuticals Metafil oily skin cleanser(for acne prone and oily skin) ⭐I have tested it on cystic acne affected oily skin. Brand introduction: Its a cosmoceutical brand which is providing best products in reasonable prices. And yes! Its a Pakistani brand ❤ Product Introduction: Metafil is a mild foam cleanser which can be used once or twice a day on acne prone oily and combination skin. It comes in palm sized plastic bottle which is packed in a cardboard box. All the ingredients and required details including expiry date,directions and product claims are mentioned on the box. Its a transparent product with very mild floral scent. They claim that it is non comedogenic,balance pH,non drying,removes dirt and makeup. It is not sulphate and ethanol free but I haven't noticed any reaction or allergy after using this. It is paraben free. My review: 〰Removes dirt and makeup 〰Doesn't over dry skin 〰Dries out pimples/acne within few days 〰Hypoallergic 〰Non comedogenic 〰Can be used daily 〰Soothes compromised skin(can be used after sun burns,threading,waxing) Personal opinion: Its price is approx 700pkr but worth each penny. --- REVIEW ALERT --- . A few weeks ago I received this cleanser and moisturizer by @maztonpharmaceuticals . Before sending me their products they asked about my skin type and after assessing it properly they suggested me these products. My skin is oily in summers and combination in winters but it is sensitive all round the year. So for me carefully choosing the right products for my skin is very important. . Coming towards the cleanser, I loved it because it was not at all harsh and achieved what it was meant to do perfectly. It was very convenient for me to use and remove any traces of make-up left on my face after initial cleansing. Moreover people using retinols can safely use this cleanser without any worries of it being over drying or being harsh on sensitive skin. . Afterwards I made their Metafil Moisturising Lotion part of my night time aswell as morning skin care regime. I loved it's fragrance free formula which isn't irritating at all. I always prefer moisturizers with no added fragrance. Moreover it thoroughly hydrated my skin without being oily or making my skin breakout. I used it as a moisturizer before applying makeup as well and it didn't make my makeup budge by being overly oily or heavy. . I love their products and will surely be using them. Also it is heartening to see the pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan coming up with skin care products that are carefully and intelligently made. . I basically have oily to sensitive skin and sunscreens with white cast and thick, greasy texture never suited me. I've been always in search for a light-weight sunscreen gel without any white cast that feels light on the skin, and that is non-greasy non sticky, non-comedogenic won't clog my pores and let my skin breath. If you have oily skin i would recommend you guys to go for a non-comedogenic sunscreen or sunblock, as it does not clog pores or makes you breakout. Finally, @maztonpharmaceuticals send me exactly what i wanted for so long, It's basically SunPro SC Sun gel which has gel like texture, feel light weight on the skin, perfect for sensitive to oily skin ones, and does not feels sticky thick or heavy on the skin. Pros • It doesn't feel greasy.⠀ • It’s both oil-free and noncomedogenic, (won't clog your pores.) • & SunPro SC protects against dark spots, sun burns, and prevent wrinkles. Oil-free UV Clear helps calm and protect sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts associated to acne and rosacea. It contains niacinamide (vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid and lactic acid, ingredients that promote the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Very lightweight and silky, it may be worn with makeup or alone. Choose from tinted and untinted formulas for use every day. Cons. I didn't find any con here but if you have very dry skin i would recommend you to try their sun pro spray which is meant for dry to normal skin. My experience. I was very amazed and happy to see local brands working that much good these days, I can completely trust this brand as its basically a pharmaceutical brand. The gel like texure effortlessly absorbs into the skin, while it gives a soothing and cooling effects, i hate sunscreens with white cast and this one have been a life savior for me!
