If it’s been a while since you’ve worked out, you don’t have to make up for lost time. ❤️

You don’t need to jump into five workouts a week or push yourself to the point of exhaustion.

You just need to start.

Start with a walk. Pick up some weights. Move your body for 20 minutes. Choose something that feels realistic enough to do again tomorrow or later this week.

Small steps still move you forward.

You’re not trying to catch up to where you used to be. You’re building a routine that works for where you are right now. 💪

Start small. Get stronger. Keep going.

Something I’ve been working on behind the scenes is almost here. 👀💪

I created RE|COMP for women who want to get stronger, move their bodies, and make fitness a consistent part of their lives without feeling like it has to take over everything.

Real coaching. Real workouts. Real life.

A routine you can actually stick with.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon. ❤️

RE|COMP is coming.

Who’s ready?! 👇

You don’t have to change your entire life overnight to make progress. 💪

In fact, trying to do too much too quickly can make it even harder to stay consistent.

Start with what feels realistic for your life right now.

Maybe it’s three workouts a week. Maybe it’s two. The goal isn’t to create the most impressive routine. It’s to create one you can actually repeat.

Start small. Stay consistent. Build from there. ❤️

Why is getting started ALWAYS the hardest part? 😂

You can spend all day coming up with reasons to skip the workout, and then the second you’re done you’re like, “Oh yeah... THIS is why I do this.” 💪😂

You don’t have to feel motivated to get moving. Sometimes you just have to start and let the good feeling catch up with you.

Anyone else have this conversation with themselves on a regular basis? 🙋♀️

18 YEARS. Our marriage can vote.

Somehow I love you even more today than I did then.

Mary Elizabeth, you have been the absolute best. Best wife, best friend, and the greatest gift from God. Through every season, every challenge, every victory, and every dream, you’ve been right there beside me as we’ve walked through this life together.

Loving you has been the easiest thing I’ve ever done.

You make our home better. You make me better. You love our family so well, and I’m endlessly grateful for the life we’ve built together with Willow and Brooks.

Thank you for being faithful, strong, selfless, beautiful, fun, and full of grace. I never want to stop laughing with you, growing with you, and doing life with you.

18 years down…forever to go. 💍

Happy Mother’s Day to all you wonderful moms out there!

I pity the fool who don’t treat their mother right.

Tag your mother and let her know you’ll always love her!

✨ COMMENT TOOL ⬇️
I’ll send you the podcast that finally helped me understand what peptides are and how they support the body.

—

This isn’t a trend.
And it’s definitely not a quick fix.

What you’re seeing here are real women who stopped fighting their bodies and started supporting them.

Different ages.
Different health stories.
One common shift: giving the body the right signals so it can do what it was designed to do.

Peptides aren’t about extremes.
They’re about communication — supporting metabolism, inflammation, hormones, recovery, and overall balance from the inside out.

No starvation.
No punishment.
No “pushing through” symptoms anymore.

Just women finally feeling like their bodies are working with them again.

✨ Comment TOOL and I’ll send you the podcast that helped me understand peptides in a way that actually made sense.

We had the incredible opportunity to go to Mexico 🇲🇽 and stay at the immaculate Xcaret Hoteles 🙌🏼

We have some amazing friends who gifted the trip to us (we CANNOT say thank you enough 🙏🏼) and Mary Beth chose for us to go over my birthday 🎉🙌🏼

It was the absolute best trip and we will never forget it!
God is good!
