Hopefully a branch soon in Pampanga 😅🤞 We had: 🌟 The Hokey Pokey Iced Latte (275php) their version of honey oat latte topped w/ honeycomb crunch. As expected, it’s sweet but still you will taste the strong espresso 🌟 Iced Vietnamese Latte (210php) 🌟 Classic Tres Leches cake (315php) heaven!!! Imagine a soft moist vanilla cake drenched in tres leches sauce, if you haven’t tried this, you have to! 🤣 🌟 Classic Banana Pudding (170php-small) their iconic banana pudding, a must try too. I have tried another banana pudding to some cafes and still this is unbeatable 💯👍 🌟 Lotus Biscoff Banana Pudding (355php-medium) the lotus is not too sweet and just well incorporated in the banana pudding 🌟 Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Cupcake (170php) 🌟 Banana Loaf Slice (85php) ✅ Pet friendly ✅ Open daily from 8am to 10pm ✅ Available in grab food and food panda ✅ Accepts cash, card and online payments ✅ Accepts pre orders of whole cakes, cupcakes, and banana puddings in bowls ✅ Multiple branches in Metro Manila and other countries 😁 🔎 This is just nostalgic and close to me and I love that I get to enjoy this here in the Philippines too. For some of you don’t know, I actually worked before for this brand in the Middle East and it’s known there and to other countries as Magnolia Bakery (well we know Magnolia is well known brand in PH so I guess that why here it’s named M Bakery) but the feels, the quality, the vibe and the #kapemazing Desserts and drinks are the same. For me, every #Kopikadas should try their banana pudding, milk cake and cupcakes 😍 #mbakery

1 MINUTE MICROWAVE HOJICHA CAKE 🤎 Okay but hear me out… when you’re craving cake but masyadong tamad to actually bake one 😂 this is your sign. Dry ingredients 3 tbsp all purpose flour 1 tsp hojicha powder by @shopnokori ¼ tsp baking powder pinch of salt 2 tbsp white sugar Wet ingredients 1¼ tbsp milk (preferrably full cream milk but any will do too) 1¼ tbsp yogurt (greek or plain is fine) 1 tbsp oil or melted butter You can totally use 3 tbsp milk instead, but I personally like using yogurt because the acidity reacts with the baking powder, which helps make the cake more tender and moist ☺️ How to make it: Mix all the dry ingredients, then add all the wet ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula (wag niyo kong gayahin na umarte with a whisk pls ang sticky) until just combined. Don’t overmix kasi we want a soft and tender little cake, not a rubbery one 😂 Pop it in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and… done! 🤎 I topped mine with banana pudding from @mbakery_ph (a fave)+ a generous sprinkle of hojicha. THIS IS A GREAT COMBO! But honestly, you do you! Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel, vanilla ice cream… I feel like you really can’t go wrong here. 🤭 PS: I missed taking a video of me adding the baking powder and salt, sowry! 😂 They’re definitely included in the recipe though!
