Back where it started. ⚾️

We hosted our Minnetonka Baseball Association camp at Bennett Family Park for the first time - and it was amazing!

As a former Skipper, it meant a lot to Jim Brower to head back to where it all began for him. We loved sharing our awesome coaches and incredible experience to help develop the next generation of Minnetonka players!

Players worked with Brower Baseball instructors, including former Twins Major League hitting coach Rudy Hernandez, Brower Baseball’s Director of Hitting Jordan Larson, Owner Jim Brower, Garrett McLaughlin, Noah Filer - along with former Skippers Sam Tyrpa, Isaac Wenzel and Jack Butterworth!

It was a beautiful summer night for a Minnetonka baseball game at Excelsior Commons! And Coach EJ enjoyed bumping into a former player with some of Michael’s friends 💙. This season Michael helped 40 kids find connection, belonging, and fun through the Minnetonka Baseball Association. Cheers to all the ball players!

From Setback to Comeback: Jack Butterworth’s Road Back Stronger⚾

When you're a young pitcher with big dreams — like Jack Butterworth from Minnesota — a Tommy John injury can feel like the end of the road. But Jack turned that challenge into fuel.

After undergoing full UCL reconstruction, this up-and-coming right-hander is back on the mound, throwing again and chasing his Arizona State and pro dreams with even more fire. His perseverance shows what real grit looks like: early mornings in rehab, trusting the process, and never losing sight of the goal.

To every young athlete facing a Tommy John injury or any major setback: This is your reminder — the comeback is always greater than the setback. Stay patient. Stay consistent. Surround yourself with great people. Your arm (and your future) can come back stronger than ever. Jack is living proof. 💪

Big things ahead for this Minnesota arm. Proud to share his story of resilience!
