Drumline lifting technique💪
.
Lifting heavy equipment off of the floor can be tough with the wrong technique.
.
Follow these steps to safely lift equipment from the floor:
.
1) Get as close as you can
.
2) use mixed grip (one hand palm up, one hand palm down)
.
3) Bend your knees and get your chest up
.
4) use your legs to lift
.
Save this and try it next time to feel the difference!
