This week I sat down with @mbowengolf following her bunker lesson with a Jupiter Hills Member!
•
Although exercises we do in the gym are very rarely directly related to short game shots, we are still able find ways to help golfers improve her body that will transfer to better bunker play.
•
BTW, if you didn’t already notice, the series has a new name. So we are now accepting sponsorships. I’m looking at you @petermillargolf and @truelinkswear . I will sell out.

I’m beyond humbled and honored to be named the 2025 PGA of America Teacher & Coach of the Year. This recognition is truly a reflection of the incredible people who have supported and inspired me along the way. To my mentors, my family, especially my wife Mollie, and to everyone at Jupiter Hills Club—thank you for your guidance, encouragement, and belief in me. To my players and colleagues, your trust and collaboration have been vital in shaping my journey and who I am today. I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished together, and I’m excited for what lies ahead. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

The outpouring of congratulations and warm wishes has been unbelievable—thank you so much to everyone who has reached out.

Spencer Stevens, on his 3-month internship, is at Baltimore Country Club.

Lastly, Kyle Schlegel (7-month internship) and Zach Tucker (3-month internship) are at the Country Club of Virginia.

Thank you to all of our internship sites for helping guide and support our students during their internships!

Absolutely proud of our event at Jupiter Hills yesterday! Joined forces with my guy Brad Faxon for a Short Game clinic, and the turnout was beyond expectations - 123 members came out to hone their skills. It’s moments like these that make me truly grateful for our passionate golf community. I love this game!
