Michelle😍 AHHHH! I’m freaking out because I’ve wanted to do client spotlights for so long and HERE WE GO!!!

Michelle & I started working together a few months ago and has blown me away with her consistency, dedication & willingness to get out of her comfort zone.

Not only do we LAUGH so much during our sessions, Michelle has exudes coachable behavior everyday. She asks thoughtful questions and really cares about getting better every time she steps into the gym. My all time favorite is during challenging exercises, she always says OUT LOUD “I can do it” even when I give her an option to go down in weight.

She cares so much about her family, work and taking care of herself. Selfishly she makes my job easy, but more than anything else…fun!

I’m so excited to see her continued success and proving to herself how incredible she is💪🏻🫶🏻

Check out what she has to say in the slides and let’s show Michelle some props & praise!!💪🏻👏🏻

Jungle cruise thru the Palo Verde wetlands in a tropical dry forest… also saw howler monkeys and crocodiles but too hard to see them in the photos. Pic 5 is a line of tiny bats chillin on the underside of a tree. #costarica #paloverde #junglecruise
