I am blessed to be surrounded by so many really cool, REALLY creative people, who do really cool, really creative shit! I was inspired by so many for the last 3 years in Italy, and am happy to have come home to the same.

Ringmaster Mike Shine, aka Dr. Flotsam, got together a merry band of insanely talented people and pulled off a masterpiece of a weird and wild event this past weekend with Dr. Flotsam’s Carny Island in Asbury Park. I am truly grateful to have witnessed so much of the work that went into this extraordinary event, and to have been able to partake in the final joy of it. Well done sir. I say well done!

These artists and many more have been working their asses off to pull this beautifully unique event together for everyone to enjoy. Fun for the whole family! Presented by @woodenwallsproject and @plusone.ap

This evening was absolutely beautiful - a simple reminder and reflection of the amazing community and area that we live in. We weren’t kidding when we would say ‘our life is your vacation’ Tonight as I taught at @northeats.ap and gazed out at the boardwalk walkers and the ocean’s expansive horizon, I was flooded with gratitude. Gratitude for living a life that others dream of. Class was magical and the @sprouthousenj that followed was the perfect end. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to Michael, the Sprout House Team (Milan and Cory) and the amazing @bettysicebox. Talk about a combination of energies… come flow every Tuesday from 6-7pm and receive 20% off @sprouthousenj 🌱🚛 🏖️ ✨🦀❤️

Number 1 gift from the betty’s xmas white elephant exchange! apparently i’m the patron saint of “running this shit”! and i couldn’t be more honored.

close runners up: the bettys version of “guess who”, the taco piñata filled w tamps and the rotisserie chicken 😂

we’ve got a hell of a crew, old and new and i just don’t know how i got so damn lucky.

✨ SOLD! ✨
This project was a true labor of love, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team that helped bring this vision to life. From the first swing of the hammer to the final staging touch, every detail came together to make this house shine. 🏡

A huge thank you to everyone who poured their hard work, creativity, and passion into this flip — it truly takes a village. 🙌

And the biggest thank you to my husband for his patience, determination, and unwavering dedication to our business and our family. 💛

Excited to see this beautiful home move on to its next chapter with new owners who will make it their own.
